摘要:The present invention is based on such discovery,I.e. certain small molecules canbe with ATP binding site D-Ala-D-Ala ligases, even if in the substrate without the enzymeand conformation change enzymatic structure can be caused to be similar to thosegenerations and combining ATP and substrate and enzyme. It is without wishing to bebound to any theory, it is believed that this conformation change is to activate or inhibitthe enzyme. The interaction in critical active site, and design and optimization inhibitorhave been identified from discovery information obtained.
