Project Management Introduction

Specialty Background:

Project management training objectives and requirements:

Professional direction of introduction:

Graduates of the direction suited to work in real estate development and management. Initially analyze and solve the real estate economic theory and the development and evaluation of real estate projects, real estate marketing, real estate investment and finance, real estate valuation, property management and real estate administration capabilities.

Investment and cost management direction

Graduates of the direction suited to engage in project investment and financing, and project cost management. Preliminary project evaluation, project cost management capabilities, the initial preparation of tender, tender documents and assessment of tenders, the initial investment in the preparation and audit projects, estimates, design estimates, construction drawings, budget and the project was completed in the ability of the accounts.
