摘要：A molding die (10) includes an upper die (12), upper-die pins (24) arranged in theupper die to be movable up and down, springs (30) arranged in the upper die to urge theupper-die pins downwardly, a lower die (11), lower-die pins (44) arranged in the lower dieto be movable up and down and springs (30) arranged in the die to urge the pinsupwardly. In molding, a hollow primary molded piece (45) is accommodated in a cavity(50) defined by the upper die and the lower die. Then, the piece is mounted on the pinswith retained apart from a concave bottom surface of the lower die. Before closing themolding die, it is started to inject molten resin into the cavity. As a result, the moltenresin enters a space between the primary molded piece and the concave bottom surfaceof the lower die. Even after completing to close the molding die, the injection of themolten resin is continued.
