再比如，我们每个老师都想上实验班（好班）的课，为什么？原因之一就是实验班上课纪律好，行为习惯好，上课省劲，一节课下来心情舒畅，我们都不想上纪律差的班级的课，上这样班的课我们感到很累，心情也不好。对于班级纪律差，学生行为习惯不好，我们每个班主任，每位老师都在做着反思调整，并采取种种措施，使班级纪律向好的方向转变，我们的这种反思调整，就是研究。如果，我们对纪律要求心中有个标准（如，魏书生、英国公学、台湾忠信学校等）然后制定计划，一步一个脚印的去实践反思调整学习，并见诸文字材料以说明你的做法，那就是对学生行为习惯的教育研究了。
