connector (7) and the adhesive-compound layer (10) arranged above the contactconnector (7) is diminished to remove the layer composite, in that a cover layer isarranged on the contact connector (7) before the application of the adhesive-compoundlayer (10) and/or the contact connector (7) and/or at least one region of the adhesive-compound layer (10) arranged next to the contact connector (7) are loaded with anactivation energy, and also a device for processing a semi-finished product.
