摘要：The present invention relates to a process for preparing spherical supportparticles used in the preparation of catalytic components for the polymerization ofolefins. The process comprises (a) forming an emulsion of an adduct of a Mg dihalide anda compound selected from the group consisting of Lewis bases in a liquid medium, (b)cooling the emulsion by transferring it into a cooling bath containing a cooling liquid inmotion; the process being characterized in that the cooling liquid is moving inside atubular zone and the ratio v/vof the velocity (v) of the emulsion coming from step (a) tothe velocity of the cooling liquid (v) is between 0.25 and 4. The obtained sphericalsupport particles are characterized by a very narrow size distribution and particularlyregular morphology.
