1.1 INSTALLATION COLD STATE / FIRST START UP: 1.1冷状态安装/首次启动

- If the temperature of the primary water is less than 28°C, the

Then the lubrication unit starts to operate, and the PLC activates the oil pump at certain times. If you wish to achieve optimal oil-air operation in the pipes, it is recommended to already activate this 48 hours before the appliance starts to operate. 12) Check of all settings (oil lubrication pressure, sealing air pressure, General air pressure, flow rate of sealing air).

1.2 START UP AFTER STANDSTILL: 暂停结束，开始启动 NOTE: Cooling air fan is still rotating, PU still released. 注意：冷风扇仍在转动，电源处于接通开启动状态。

1) Place shatomizer in wait position placed closest to the shaft. 将喷雾器置于离传动轴最近的等候区域。 2) Cover in hoist.

6) Connect all couplings on cover in the same order as described above with the exception of the steel cable.

7) Reset Vibro Check in electrical cabinet. 重置电气柜的稳定性检查

8) Place switch electrical cabinet to local auto. 将电气柜的开关设置为本地自动

- When the temperature of the bearings has reached 20°C, you can start up the appliance. Further operations are not possible until this temperature has been reached. Since the PU was still released, the compressed air valve remains open if the abovementioned temperature has not yet been reached.

before continuing further, it is recommended to give the oil lubrication unit a few (3 to 4) manual pulses. 当轴承的温度达到20°C时，可以启动本设备。如果未达到20°C，将不会进行启动进行下一步的程序。因为电源处于开启状态，如果未达到20°C，空压阀将保持启动。

1.4 WITHDRAWING SHATOMIZER FROM USE 使用状态下撤下喷雾器

1) Stop shatomizer through remote auto. Rinsing cycle starts. 通过远程自动程序停止喷雾器运行，清洗程序启动。

After 1 minute, shatomizer stops. 1分钟后，喷雾器停止。

2) Disconnect couplings on cover in following order : 按以下顺序卸下各部件 - Disconnect oil lubrication 卸除油润滑单元 - Installation of closing coupling oil lubrication 安装油润滑单元隔离联接件。 - Sealing air 密封空气 - Lime milk/ and water 石灰乳/和水 - Cooling water out 冷水输出 - Cooling water in 冷水输入 - Control plug 控制开关 - Power plug 电源开关

3) Connect the cooling water inlet and outlet. The cooling water then continues to circulate so that the pumps are not unnecessarily loaded.

连接冷水入口及排放口，冷水将持续循环运行，以避免水泵不必要的运行。 4) Place shatomizer in wait position (duct). Cover with connecting cables remains connected and suspended by the hoist.

1) Place the spare shatomizer in mobile trolley 将备用喷雾器放于台车内。

2) Stop shatomizer through remote auto. Rinsing cycle starts. After 1 minute shatomizer stops.

4) Place shatomizer in wait position (duct). 将喷雾器置于等待区域（无管） 5) Place closing cover over the shaft. 将隔离罩放于传动轴上。

7) Connect reserve shatomizer in reverse order step 6. 按照第6步相反的顺序连接备用喷雾器

8) Shatomizer down and close cover (low speed hoist) 喷雾器放下接近于罩盖（慢速吊放） 9) Connect cover (same as step 7). 连接罩盖（同第7步）

10) Reset Vibro Check in electrical cabinet. 重置电气柜稳定性检查

11) Switch electrical cabinet to local auto 将电气柜设置为本地自动

1.5 REPLACING SHATOMIZER 更换喷雾器

NOTE : If the bearing temperature is less than 20°C, the appliance will not start. When the PU is still operating, it will only take a few minutes to reach this temperature.

3.1 PARTS REQUIRING MAINTENANCE: 需要维护的部件

3.1.1 Shatomizer / Spray-disc: 喷雾器/喷雾盘 * Daily: 每日

Fluctuations in speed with atomization of water.

This is an automatic clearing system that is provided via the program. Every 8 hours, the operation speed is reduced to 6000 revs./min

for 30 seconds. At the same time, a switchover takes place from lime milk to water atomization.

The speed is then increased to maximum (12,000 revs./min) and this speed is maintained for 30 seconds before being reduced to the normal operating speed.

Manual cleaning : 手工清洁 Use spatula to remove any deposits. Use a screwdriver to unblock the holes between the widia blocks. During this cleaning, do not hit the disc using any tools. Sharp impacts on the disc must be avoided (in order to prevent damage to the bearings and widia blocks).

用刮刀刮除沉淀物。

Then place the appliance in the associated cleaning tank.

Allow acid to act for approximately 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water to remove all product residues. 使用刮刀及螺丝刀卸下最大的部件。
