The good news is that there are some simple ways to deal with stress. Firstly, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep and doing exercises are very important. How can we be happy if we are not fit? For school work ,planning ahead can help. Making a list of the things they need to do and planning when to do them can help students organize their time. If you are weak in a subject, you should spend more time on it and ask a teacher for help .Students should pay no attention to people who laugh at them. Instead ,they should find the things they are good. Then students should also make enough time for their hobbies.

As we all know, most of us middle school students feel somehow nervous whenever we’re taking an important exam. There is no doubt that exams are important to us students, but it’s more important to have a right attitude towards them. As a matter of fact, exams are no more than a means of evaluating, therefore, there is no need to worry too much about the results. Only studying hard very day and making good preparations for exams can we avoid suffering from the pressure of exams.
We’d better go out for a walk or do some outdoor exercise before exams. Besides, having enough sleep can make us full of energy and make it possible for
us to perform well in the exam, A hot bath or a cup of hot milk before going to bed night help you have a sound sleep.
So, my suggestion is: don’t worry about exams, try to relax yourself.

How to deal with peer pressure?
middle students are often obsessed by peer pressure from their classmates or schoolmates. Facing others’ hard work and good performance in academic and other aspects, many students feel great pressure.
Then, how to deal with this kind of peer pressure? The following measures can be taken.
First, you should take a careful look at your present level and set a practical object. You needn’t always compare yourselves with those on the top and just make your efforts towards your object.
Second, under peer pressure, you shouldn’t feel discouraged and pressed. Instead, you should make it your motivation for harder work.
Finally, if you find pressure is nearly beyond your control, you’d better turn to professional psychological guidance.
As a middle student, I have no way to avoid peer pressure, so I try to figure out the way to do with it well. I set my own goal, including my practical level and my position among the peers. Because of my focus on my own goal, I have no time and energy to think about the pressure. So I’m little troubled by it.
To conclude, we should not escape from peer pressure, but learn to make best use of it, since it can hardly be avoided.
