You'd think someone told these guys that they have one colour too many...
Photographs are wonderful but here they get in the way. Everything seems to be fighting for the user’s attention on this screen. You don’t know what to look at first, you don’t know what’s most important. It’s hard to determine what action to take first. The whole interface is untidy.
To improve this interface, start by limiting the amount of various colours that are not part of your brand. Then, try to use different shades of the colours within your branding - in this case light or dark reds. Adding grays into a colour scheme works very well as they don’t introduce another unnecessary hue while providing variety in tones. Furthermore, light grays look very professional. It’s okay to use additional colour hues as long as they complement the original colour scheme.
Take away:Limit the amount of varying hues within your colour scheme; try to embrace the colours of your brand by using light or darker shades instead of additional hues.
