除了利用ascp命令从NCBI下载SRA文件外，SRAtoolkit也提供了prefetch命令用于下载SRA文件。
prefetch命令用法如下：
Usage:
prefetch [options] <SRA accession | kart file> [...]
Download SRA or dbGaP files and their dependencies
prefetch [options] <SRA file> [...]
Check SRA file for missed dependencies and download them
prefetch --list <kart file> [...]
List the content of a kart file
prefetch命令下载一个SRA文件：
prefetch SRR6232298
结果如下：

- 注意：如果安装了Aspera，prefetch会优先用ascp协议下载

prefetch命令下载多个SRA文件：

2. 从NCBI网站下载SRA accession no.的列表文件
运行命令:
prefetch --option-file Seqs/SRR_lists.txt
SRR_lists.txt就是刚刚从网站下载的accession list；运行结果：
