带着梦想，带着期待，1994年的夏天，我来到了庄里这个灵山秀水的地方，开始了我全新的教师生涯。刚刚踏上工作岗位的我可以说是意气风发，豪情万丈，对教育，对学生充满了无限的热情。但是，当我走进教室，看到迎想，教他不要以为自己是山村的孩子而自卑，我用我的爱心和热情感染着我的学生，他们有了可喜的变化，张张朴素的笑脸在我的眼里就是朵朵灿烂的花。我不期望孩子们都能多么多么的优秀，但最起码他们都能热爱生活，勇敢的奔向人生的旅途。
过去的十八年，我用我的智慧，我的热情自由地描绘着接我的一张张面孔时，我的心一下子掉进冰窖。乱蓬蓬的头发，脏乎乎的小脸，皱皱巴巴的衣服，满是泥巴的脚丫。这与我想像中的祖国的花朵相差的也太远啦。可现去了又回来了，学生来了又走了，可我实就是这样，我不能放弃。我一点一滴的对学生进行着影响，教他们上课讲普通他们扎漂亮话，教的小辫子，教他们穿整洁的衣服，教他们树立远大的理我的青春年华。过去的十八年，是我激情燃烧的岁月，是我人生中最灿烂的一段美好时光，我不敢说自己是人类灵魂的工程师，但我可以自豪地说：“我无愧于我的学生，我无悔于我的选择”。因为我把一颗火热的心献给了我的工作。
杨柳枯了又青了，桃花开了又谢了，燕子还是坚守在这儿，守着我的乐土，守着我的精神家园。山还是那座山，河还是那条河，日子就这样过着，平凡却不平淡。一切都好像没有变，唯一变化的是我日益衰老的容颜，与之沉淀的是我依旧年轻不变的情怀！
十八年前的某一天，我站在演讲席上慷慨陈辞，庆幸“长大后我就成了你”，十八年后的今天，我依然在这里诉说自己的成长经历，真是别有一番滋味在心头。
不管是春花烂漫，还是雨雪风霜，我已经走过了如歌的青春，但是我的从教之路依然遥远，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。

in a sense weve come to our nations capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked insufficient funds.
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, weve come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of gods children.

很荣幸能有这次和大家分享交流的机会。
常言道：“学海无涯苦作舟”，师道依然。走上三尺讲台，我想我们每一位教师都经历过悲喜交错，茫然无主，但教海扬帆若能以爱为舟，以勤为桨，这一路上我们定能收获到许多意料不到的惊喜，教学的航海之旅也会因此变得充实和快乐。
作为刚入职不久的青年教师，我们有足够的热情和活力，可是我们没有良好的教学方法；我们有扎实的专业知识，可是我们缺少实践经验。如何成为一名有“温度”，“广度”和“深度”的教师，这需要我们在实践中不断探索。
一，做一名有温度的老师——让学生感到温暖、安全、快乐的老师。
做一名有温度的老师，做一名让学生感到温暖，安全和快乐的老师。当我们有温度可感的时候，我们与学生的关系就会融洽，而融洽的师生关系是有效教育的前提和保障。
我们整个的教师生涯，也不过短短的三十年左右的时间，三年一届，也是区区十几届的学生，我们和任何一个学生的相遇都是一种缘分，好好把握珍惜这种缘分。魏书生曾经说过：民主像一座搭在师生心灵之间的桥，民主的程度越高，这座连通心灵的桥就越坚固，越宽敞。和学生之间建立一种平等的朋友关系，以尊重学生为前提去爱学生，不用自己的思想禁锢学生，用正确的方式，让学生感到温暖，发挥我们教师人格力量的指引，让每一位学生都能感到自己存在的价值，让他认为自己在班级里是不可或缺的个体。老师的温度是一种轻声无言花自开的感觉。老师对学生的爱更是一种涵养，一种无言的关怀，一种纯朴、善良的情感，也许这种爱来得不是那么轰轰烈烈，但却有一种“随风潜入夜，润物细无声”的感觉。也就是这样的“春风化雨”，使我们的爱如汩汩清泉，静静滋润着学生们的心田。
我想老师越有温度，无论是班级工作还是学生学习都会突破现实的瓶颈，朝学校、家庭、社会期许的目标跨进一大步
二，做一名有广度的老师——用渊博的学识征服学生
我们要有有一颗不息的求知心，知也无涯学海泛舟的进取心。
现代社会来看，终身学习是现代人基本要求，而对于我们老师来说，似乎有更高的要求。“国人不读书，国家难以强盛；教师不读书，教育难以兴旺。”我们以前学的那点东西，如升斗之于海洋，停止学习是无法有效施教的。况且信息社会知识变化极快，而各类知识之间的交融又让我们不能只沉浸在自己的专业领域，不会学习无异自闭于围城。“给学生一碗水，自己有长流水”。
作为一名教师，我们文学书要读，理解我们民族思维和语言的特点。历史书要读，“煮酒论英雄”，从中找到人生的大气与豪气。哲学书要读，读哲学如对一双深邃的眼睛，目光如炬，烛照灵魂，可以摈弃人的浮躁与浅薄，保持心灵世界的宁静和淡泊。教育学要读，改变一个观念，获得一份成功。宗教书要读，教育家陶继新主张教师要知道佛学，励志书、成功学、心理学、管理类书也要读。人物传记要读，从伟人身上能汲取人生力量和智慧。人的精神充实了，人的底蕴也就有了。我们有了自己的底蕴，我们才能够从心底里焕发出一种力量。这种力量就能保证我们有效地驾驭教育教学。
未来教师应博学多识，做到学习现代最新的科学理论，具备不断学习和自我发展的能力、科学的预见能力、与时俱进开拓创新的能力，掌握教育学和心理学的相关知识，并把这些知识运用到自己的教学工作中。
“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来。”不断学习，不断自我更新应该是我们专业化成长的必由之路。
三，做一名有深度的老师——教而不研则浅，研而不教则浮
教学与研究使我们专业成长必备的两个方面，努力做一名做一个不断学习、积累，研究的学习型老师。
近年来，国家下发了一系列的有关课程改革的重要文件，要求全面深化文化课程改革，落实立德树人的根本任务。我们英语学科也根据要求修订了新的课程标准，提出了“核心素养”的理念，把“语言能力，思维品质，文化品格，学习能力”列为高中英语学科的核心素养，这就突出提升了英语学科的育人价值，而从课程改革的方向来看，这就要求我们创建“文化”含量高的课堂。如何创建一堂文化含量高的课堂，如何加强学生的朗读训练，如何提高学生的语言表达和交流的基本能力，在全球化背景下，如何提升学生的公民素养，如何在核心素养下，又培养学生的学习能力?这就需要我们教师的潜心钻研。循规蹈矩、墨守成规的我们只不过是一个裹足不前的教书匠。这是大方向的研究，而小方向的我们平日里的教学工作又该如何开展和进行。我们平日里无非就是听课，备课和上课。
会听课，一边听，一边思考，既要看教，又要看学。第一，看授课老师对教材的研究，重点的处理，难点的突破，教学方法的设计，然后跳出这些细节，从总体上看这节课的时间安排，教学思路和教学风格。第三，听课后的思考和整理。俗话说，思之，思之，鬼神通之。对课堂实况过几遍电影，应进行反复的琢磨，或将几节“互相牵连”的课作番比较等。
备课是一项创造性的劳动，备课时，不仅要知道本节课让学生掌握哪些知识，还要考虑通过什么样的教学方式方法将这些知识落实到每位学生，记得曾经以为一位老教师曾经说过，备好一节课，需要一生的时间。
上课使我们教学过程中最核心的环节，我们讲的天花乱坠不如学生听得神采飞扬。让学生成为活动主角，我们来充当幕后导演。
哲学家雅斯贝尔斯说，教育，意味着一棵树摇动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一朵云,一个灵魂唤醒另一个灵魂。面对社会和学校的期望，家长的重托，学生的尊重，我们时时自省，倍感重任在肩。不能说我非常热爱教师这个职业，但是我每天都教的很开心，我喜欢我们班上的每一个学生。我教的是两个文科班，女生特别多，2班一个班里也就仅有4个男生。女生的特点就是腼腆，胆小。我曾经看过一个国外的视频，20个同等水平的男生和女生同时学习编代码其中有一个男生和一个女生没有完成任务，男生就跟老师说：thereissthwrongwithmycode.我的代码出现了问题。而女生对老师说的是：thereissthwrongwithme.我自己好像出现了问题。也就是说女生相比较男生而言更容易没有信心，更容易自责。耐心的多鼓励他们，融入他们，在他们眼中，你不是一个高高在上有威严的老师，而是一个和他们一起，帮助他们学习成长的朋友。
我们是朋友，我们用正确科学的方法学习，我们共同努力，慢慢进步，我们怎么可能学不好?谢谢大家！

大家下午好！作为师傅代表在此发言，我倍感荣幸和责任之重大。
今天，学校为“青年教师起航计划”师徒结对举行启动仪式，充分说明学校对教师队伍发展的重视。近年来，学校一直把教师的专业成长作为学校工作的重中之重来抓，总是想办法为老师提供条件、搭建平台，让我们不断发展、尽快提高。
我就是在三小这块沃土上成长起来的，在我的成长过程中，蕴涵着各位领导、同事们对我太多的帮助，其实，每个人的成长都离不开团队的力量。
