在jupyter打开指定文件夹的方法：
1、win+R 启动“运行” ，输入cmd 点确定
2、输入cd /d xxxxxxx然后 回车，如：我想打开D:\Git\the-craft-of-selfteaching目录，就输入cd /d D:\Git\the-craft-of-selfteaching，然后回车
3、输入jupyter notebook，回车，jupter notebook便会跳转至指定目录D:\Git\the-craft-of-selfteaching
